  4. USBBSDOR registration is $10.00.  Registration entitles you  to  voice
  5. support, and replaces "Registered to: [UNREGISTERED COPY]"  with  your 
  6. system's name in place of the "[UNREGISTERED COPY]" message.

  8. You may register USBBSDOR by  Check,  Money Order,  Visa,  MasterCard,
  9. American Express, or Discover.

  29. In  order  for you to receive a unique registration number,  you  must 
  30. provide the name of your system EXACTLY as it is entered in the  setup 
  31. screen  in USBBSDOR's configuration file editor, in the "Name of  this 
  32. system"  field. Enter the name in the space below. Please  circle  all 
  33. upper  ASCII characters. The BEST thing to do is load this  form  into 
  34. your text editor and enter the name of the name exactly as it  appears 
  35. in USBBSDOR.CNF.
